Each teaspoon (5ml) contains: Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum) seed, 40:1, 50% silymarin 125mg Macadamia nut, sunflower oil, phosphatidylcholine, natural caramel flavour, natural coconut extact, organic vanilla extract, glycerin, citric acid, d-alpha tocopherol, purified water.

Adults: Take one (1) teaspoon, two (2) times per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Can be taken directly or mixed with a glass of water. Shake before use. Refrigerate after opening.
