Order Cancellations


Canceling an order is time-sensitive and may not always be feasible once the order has been confirmed. We recommend reaching out to our customer care team promptly. In cases where cancellation is not viable when you contact us, our Customer Care Team can assist in facilitating a return upon delivery (excluding items marked as final sale; please refer to the returns policy below for details).

Kindly review all order details carefully before finalizing your purchase, as we are unable to add extra products or modify order details once the order has been confirmed. If you discover an error in your order, please get in touch with our Customer Care team promptly for the most effective assistance.

Returns


Returns of most products in their original condition (unopened, unused) are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Opened or used products, as well as items labeled as non-refundable or final sale, fall outside our return guidelines. Products become final sale after 30 days, and we regretfully cannot accept returns from US locations.

Upon receipt of your return, our Well.ca returns team will scrutinize the item(s) to ensure they meet the criteria of being in original and resalable condition before approving and issuing a refund. Refunds may be subject to restocking fees or issued partially if items are found not to be in their original and resalable condition.

Refunds will not be processed proactively while a return is in transit back to our warehouse under any circumstances. If approved, refunds will be handled by our returns team and credited back to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Products that have been unpackaged, assembled, or modified from their original condition.
  • Bulk or high-quantity purchases.
  • Items explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page.

Product Defects & Warranty Issues


Any defects or warranty issues identified in products purchased from Well.ca, including strollers, car seats, and boosters, should be reported directly to the manufacturer. The manufacturer will assess the situation and determine a resolution at their discretion.

Return Requests


Contact our Customer Care team in writing to: admin@swiftmart.ca. Please reference your order number, name of item(s) and quantity you wish to return.

A member of our team will advise on eligibility for return and next steps from there.
