Each teaspoon contains Melatonin 1.5mg Non-Medicinal Ingredients Natural chocolate flavour, cocoa powder, macadamia nut, sunflower oil, phosphatidylcholine, glycerin, d-alpha tocopherol, purified water.

Adults: Take one (1) teaspoon per day, at or before bedtime or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. For Jet Lag: Take once a day at bedtime, while travelling, and at the destination until adapted to the new time zone or daily pattern. Shake before use. Refrigerate after opening.
