1 softgel contains: Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 62.5mcg / 2500IU/UI. Organic virgin coconut oil (yielding 65-75% medium chain triglycerides)*, glycerin, purified water, bovine gelatin. *Organic coconut oil melts between 23 and 27 C. It is normal if the contents of the softgel appear to be solid white or a golden liquid.
