Adults: Take 0.3-1.2 ml (10-40 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach. If using California Poppy primarily as a sleep aid, the full daily dose of 0.9-3.6 ml (30-120 drops) can be taken from 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. Take an additional dose of 0.9-3.6 ml earlier in the evening if necessary.
