Each drop contains: B9 Folate (L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) 200mcg, Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 20mcg, Non-Medicinal Ingredients Purified water, natural blueberry flavour, natural flavour, glycerin, potassium phosphate, potassium sorbate, sodium hydroxide, disodium EDTA, stevia.

Children 1-3: Take one (1) drop per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Children 4-8: Take two (2) drops per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Adolescents 9-13: Take three (3) drops per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Adolescents 14-18: Take four (4) drops per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Adults: Take five (5) drops per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Ages 14 and up: 400 mcg of folate per day is adequate for most women to reduce the risk of neural tube defects. Consult a healthcare practitioner to determine if you would benefit from additional folate before taking this product
